- Website statistics — our own server-side visit counter, without third-party analytics services (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Security and operation of the website — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Pubblicazione
We never publish contributors’ personal data. Market information from contributors is published
only as a range from at least three independent sources, without names of people or companies, and with a delay of at least one week.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers acting on our instructions:
hosting in the Russian Federation (main database), Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, encrypted backups), HubSpot, Inc. (USA, contact
management), Google LLC (USA, e-mail), Anthropic, PBC (USA, AI text processing), Yandex and VK
(Russia, e-mail).
6. Trasferimenti internazionali
Our main database is located in the Russian Federation, and some providers are in the USA.
These countries are not covered by an EU adequacy decision. Where you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we transfer your data
on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a)) or because the transfer is necessary for correspondence you
initiated with us, and we apply encryption and access restrictions.
7. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
Until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than three years after our last contact, or
until you withdraw consent. Server logs — up to 30 days.
8. I diritti
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing
based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to
v.kovalev@potatoes.news; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the data
protection authority in your country.
9. Cookie
We use only strictly necessary cookies that keep the site working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and do not load third-party tracking services. Our price overview page does not set cookies.
10. Bambini
Our services are intended for professionals and are not directed at children under 16.
